We’ve always loved the desert in general, and, like many others; find great inspiration in the natural beauty and wildlife of the American Southwest. Our Carnegie cactus pieces get their name from the scientific name for the saguaro, Carnegiea gigantea.
This shou sugi ban decorative art piece features one saguaro cactus shape dyed green on an irregular shaped sand colored base with a semi-gloss protective finish. There is a small wooden disk that sits under the base giving the piece a floating appearance.
