Shipping Costs

Orders are shipped from Colorado, usually via USPS or FedEx and delivery time is typically 3-5 business days. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and particular piece, but are usually between $10-30 for most of our pendulum pieces (not including our Grand clocks which are usually around $100), and $10-20 for most of our decor pieces. All applicable shipping costs, taxes, fees, and duties will be calculated during checkout in realtime.

In some cases your order may be shipped via an upgraded service provided by the carrier you have chosen at no extra charge; for example if you choose USPS ground for shipment, we may upgrade your order to ship USPS Second Day. In this case, we will only upgrade the shipment method and never downgrade it, and we will not use a different carrier that you have chosen.

Some of our more expensive pieces may require a signature upon delivery.

 
 

Shipment Tracking.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email-address provided. When available, tracking information will also be emailed and may come directly from the carrier. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive an email. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. Please make sure to include your order number in all correspondence.

 
 

Shipping Locations.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.A. Orders are shipped from Colorado, usually via USPS or FedEx and delivery time is typically 3-5 business days. Please note that residents of Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer delivery times. We ship Monday through Friday (not including holidays) and will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order for shipment. Most orders will be shipped within one to two business days of placing your order. Please note that order processing time is not included in the estimated shipping time selected at checkout. Some of our more expensive pieces may require a signature upon delivery.

 
 

Returns.

Your satisfaction and happiness with our pieces is our goal, and we accept returns for exchange, store credit, or repair within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. In all return situations you are required to receive a Return Authorization Number from us prior to returning the piece. Please contact us providing the reason that you are requesting a return and include your order number in the message.  Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.
