Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.A. Orders are shipped from Colorado and delivery time is usually 3-5 business days. Please note that residents of Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer delivery times. We ship Monday through Friday (not including holidays) and will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order for shipment. Most orders will be shipped within one to two business days of placing your order. Please note that the estimated shipping time does not include processing time.

Informational Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

The customer/purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping information, including but not limited to, address and address format is entered during checkout. Korzen Designs LLC is not responsible for any inaccurate information provided during checkout. If you are shipping an order to a military base, please refer to the USPS guide to addressing military mail.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on total weight, package dimensions, and destination and will be calculated during checkout. All prices and shipping charges are listed in U.S. currency.

Taxes, Fees, and Duties

All applicable taxes, fees, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Korzen Designs LLC collects state sales taxes for the states we have identified as having a sales tax nexus compliance requirement. Customers/purchasers of our pieces and or services that do not pay sales tax during the checkout process are responsible for reporting and paying any required state use tax on the purchase(s).

Order and Shipment Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number at the email-address provided. These are usually sent immediately, but make take longer depending on Internet speed and Site traffic. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive an email, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. Please make sure to include your order number in all correspondence.

Shipment Methods

We utilize various carriers to keep the shipping costs to a minimum, but most orders will ship via USPS or FedEx. Purchases of high value (determined solely by Korzen Designs LLC) will require a signature upon delivery. When available, tracking information will be emailed to the email-address provided with the order and may come directly from the carrier. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you do not receive an email, and please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. In some cases your order may be shipped via an upgraded service provided by the carrier you have chosen at no extra charge; for example if you choose USPS ground for shipment, we may upgrade your order to ship USPS Second Day. In this case, we will only upgrade the shipment method and never downgrade it, and we will not use a different carrier that you have chosen.

Gift Orders

If your order is a gift, please feel free to contact us for any customized note or message requests during the ordering process. We will either not include the packing slip with shipment or will include a packing slip that does not list billing information (including, but not limited to: purchase price, tax, shipping costs) for gift orders. Please let us know if you would like us to include the packing slip.

Changes to an Order

Please contact us immediately for changes to an order; we will do our best to accommodate any changes, but may not be able to. Please make sure to include your order number in all correspondence and refer to our Terms of Service for more information on order changes and cancelations. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us for any reason, including but not limited to deliveries rejected for incorrect shipping information, or failure to provide a signature, we will not attempt re-delivery and will refund the purchase price of the piece(s) only, shipping costs will not be refunded, and any costs incurred from the rejection process are the sole responsibility of the customer/purchaser.

Liability

Korzen Designs LLC is not responsible for packages after they are delivered to the carrier for shipment, including but not limited to, items that are delayed, lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. If you order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and/or insurance provider if applicable.

Changes to the Shipping Policy

The Shipping Policy will occasionally be updated to comply with changes in requirements. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to the Shipping Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These updates may include updates to our Site checkout experience, including but not limited to shipping and this Shipping Policy. We have made every effort to correctly represent our Shipping Policy, and take no responsibility for any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate, but not be limited to pricing, shipping charges, or transit times. Korzen Designs LLC reserves the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions at anytime without notice. We also reserve the right to change or update information or cancel orders if any such information on our Site and/or in the Service is inaccurate at anytime without notice.
