Acceptance of Terms

All users of this Site (korzendesigns.com) agree that access to and use of this Site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. By using this Site you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Color and Visual Disclaimer

The color of the piece that appears on this Site is displayed as accurately as possible. Korzen Designs LLC does not guarantee your monitor’s display of any color on the Site is accurate. Furthermore, most of the photos displayed on our Site are taken shortly after the completion of pieces, and due to the inherent nature of the materials we use (including but not limited to woods, stains, paints, and finishes), may or may not accurately reflect the visual condition of the piece on the present day due to the inherent material aging process.

Please be aware that we may display photos of similar pieces for examples of display in our piece descriptions. Photographs of pieces that are included in piece descriptions may be for these display examples and may or may not reflect the actual listed piece. If you notice variations in photos of a particular piece that are not clearly noted as such, please contact us for clarification. Staged photos of our pieces are only meant to help you visualize how our pieces will look when displayed. Batteries, candles, and other similar accessories associated with our pieces will not be included with our pieces when shipped, even if these accessories are included in the staged photos of our pieces.

Customization, Commission, and Personalization Requests

Korzen Designs LLC is not responsible for any misspelled words, typographical errors, or grammatical errors submitted with an order (including but not limited to gift orders). We review each order and may contact you regarding any suspected errors; otherwise, the text submitted will be used for the customization/commission/personalization. Change requests will be reviewed and addressed on a case-by-case basis, and may require additional payment.

We reserve the right to refuse customization/commission/personalization requests for any requests that are deemed inappropriate (at the discretion of Korzen Designs LLC).

Typographical Errors

In the event that an piece is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Korzen Designs LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for pieces/products listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Warranty Disclaimer

This Site and the pieces available on this Site are provided "as-is" and “as-available” and without warranties of any kind. Korzen Designs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. We do not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this Site or the server that makes the Site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, reliability or otherwise.

Korzen Designs LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the pieces on this Site or the performance of the pieces to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Harassment in any manner or form on the Site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content that is illegal or deemed inappropriate (at the discretion of Korzen Designs LLC). You may not upload commercial content on the Site or use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

Korzen Designs LLC does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the Site. We are not responsible in any manner for the content of these communications and materials.
