We both love to travel and discover people, places, and things that inspire us. We are especially fond of the quirky little ghost towns of the western United States. Although many people and places embrace the importance of preserving history for the sake of understanding and learning, it can be difficult to do it in a way that is interesting, respectful, and exciting. Few places are able to do this the way our Jerome pieces namesake has. We hope that our Jerome pieces remind you that aging is part of life. That disintegration is part of life. And, that with the right outlook; a willingness to embrace time, these processes can be beautiful.

This textured wood pendulum clock is wire brushed to accentuate the natural wood grain, lightly burned, stained golden brown, and then finished with a satin protective coating. This piece features a shou sugi ban pendulum with a tight horizontal grain dyed the colors of the rainbow (ROYGBIV) that is exposed through a heart shaped cutout and black serpentine hands with a non-ticking red second hand.

Clock Sides and Back: Wire brushed and color burned golden brown stained wood with a satin protective finish. The top, bottom, and sides of the back are offset from the face approximately 0.5” giving the face a slightly protruding look when displayed

Clock Hands: Black serpentines with a non-ticking red second hand

Pendulum Face: Shou sugi ban wood dyed in the colors of the rainbow (ROYGBIV) with a satin protective finish

Features: Heart shaped cutout that exposes the pendulum, dampeners to minimize the sound of the pendulum
